This Privacy Policy explains how Multitech Industrial processes personal data when you visit this website, contact us or discuss a potential robotics project. It is intended to provide the information required by Articles 12-14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The relevant Multitech Industrial operation is the controller for the personal data it receives:
- Multitech Industrial - Romania, Bd. Brașovului 145, 505600 Săcele, Romania.
- Multitech Industrial - Hungary, Wolfner u. 6, 1047 Budapest, Hungary.
For privacy questions or requests, email robots@multitech.eu. If a specific Multitech legal entity enters into a contract with you, that entity will be the controller for data related to the contract.
2. Personal data we process
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process your name, business contact details, employer, job role, correspondence, information about your production process or project, meeting notes and any files or information you choose to provide. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic logs.
Please do not send special-category data, personal identification numbers or information about third parties unless it is necessary and you are authorised to provide it.
3. Why we use personal data and our legal bases
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we assess those interests against your rights and reasonable expectations. You may object to such processing at any time.
4. How we collect data
We receive data directly from you through email, calls, meetings, training registrations and project communications. We may also receive professional contact information from your employer, business partners, public company sources or event organisers where lawful.
5. Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to Multitech personnel and contractors who need the information for their work. We may share data with hosting, email, IT security, customer-management, professional advisory, delivery and technical partners acting under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, a court or a competent authority.
Contact-form enquiries are delivered using Resend, an email delivery provider operated by Resend, Inc. Resend processes the form details and technical delivery information on our behalf so that your enquiry can reach the appropriate Multitech recipient. We use this service only to transmit and troubleshoot messages you choose to send.
If you consent to analytics, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, with measurement ID G-59PBLMGZTP. Google Analytics may process online identifiers, cookie identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages and interaction timestamps to produce usage statistics. We do not enable advertising storage or use Google Analytics for personalised advertising on this site.
6. International transfers
We aim to keep personal data within the European Economic Area. Google and other providers may process data outside the EEA. Where data is transferred to a country without an EU adequacy decision, the relevant provider must use an appropriate safeguard, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and supplementary measures where required. You may contact us for information about the applicable safeguard.
7. Retention
We retain enquiry and proposal records only as long as needed to follow up and normally no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is justified. Contract, warranty, accounting and tax records are retained for the applicable statutory periods. Security logs are kept for a limited period appropriate to investigating incidents. Google Analytics cookies may remain for up to two years unless you withdraw consent or delete them sooner. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time through the Cookie settings link without affecting earlier lawful processing. You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not currently make such decisions through this website.
To exercise a right, email robots@multitech.eu. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month.
9. Complaints
You may complain to the supervisory authority where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement occurred. Relevant authorities include Romania’s ANSPDCP and Hungary’s NAIH. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.
10. Security and changes
We use organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks involved. No internet service is completely secure. We may update this Policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change; the date above identifies the current version.
